Three victories for the Commerzbank Triathlon Team this Sunday

Three athletes of the Commerzbank Triathlon Team were successful today and won their races over the middle distance. Normann Stadler dominated Challenge Kraichgau, Markus Fachbach celebrated his first German title over the middle distance and Jan Raphael won Wasserstadt Triathlon for the fourth time in a row. I would have liked to have a better day after my 27th anniversary. I had a bad bike race because of cramps - never had that before. Then I tried my best but at kilometer 14 on the running course, my muscles didn't work any more. Now I am going to review the whole season in order to perform much better than this last year.
