(12.10.2009)I would have liked to have a better day after my 27th anniversary. I had a bad bike race because of cramps - never had that before. Then I tried my best but at kilometer 14 on the running course, my muscles didn't work any more. Now I am going to review the whole season in order to perform much better than this last year.
