It was my best race ever: Hot and fast wetsuit swim, challenging bike ride, and a tacical and in the end very fast marathon to finish under 8 hours.

(20.01.2010)For more than one week I am training on Fuerteventura with several teammates. The Commerzbank Team is almost complete except for Mathias and Maik who prepare in Australia and USA. Mood, hotel, training, weather and so on are just perfect. I like the accomodation very much and the cooks do a great job. Furthermore we don't have to go far to do our training.
