(12.10.2009)“I’m happy to have improved two places. I was even cycling at the second place for a few miles among all the big names of Ironman Hawaii. That was amazing. Considering several successful races in 2009, I had good reason to expect more on Hawaii.” more

Then I tried my best but at kilometer 14 on the running course, my muscles didn't work any more. Now I am going to review the whole season in order to perform much better than this last year.

At km 14 on the running course I went back to an aid station to pick up something to drink. But it didn’t get better and I had to give up.”more
