(28.09.2009)Am 10. Oktober startet 07:00 Uhr Ortszeit (19:00 Uhr MEZ) der Ironman Hawaii auf Big Island. Das Rennen kann man im Liveticker auf ironman.com verfolgen und am 11. Oktober gibt es ca. um 15:30 Uhr in der ARD eine umfangreiche Zusammenfassung. (27.09.2009)I am on the go to Hawaii after a great training camp at Lanzarote. Everything went perfect over there: The best weather, a good infrastructure und a great mood.
As a fancier of Lanzarote I showed Jan and Markus all of the most important distances. Out of the daily routine we concentrated on the training and got adapted to the climate...more
