Day 2: short bike
Day 3: very very short and still painfull run
Day 4: travel
And today I start to feel a little better although the clock is still a little bit leaning towards Malaysian time.
Looking back at the period before the race, I have to say I had smoother preparations, longer ones, but in the end the result was superb, which doesn’t mean I can forget the small setbacks - I have to learn lessons from them...more
